By using this website and making deposit for our services you agree to the following booking terms;

1. 30% deposit is required on reservation for bed and breakfast and 10% for Apartments for stays less than 4 weeks, 1 month deposit for Apartments stays of more than 4 weeks, to ensure reserve your booking.  Deposits for Apartments for long stays may also vary for each Apartment and for long stays. We also take a months deposit for stays less than 3 months and 2 months deposit for longer stays
2. The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival date.
3. If you are not able to do 2 above ensure you make contact by email or phone to confirm you are still going to come and have a confirmation that the balance can be paid on arrival (this is not negotiable for Safaris and long stays)However, we then would prefer that you make payment by money transfer.
4. Cancellation and Change Policy All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in writing or by email. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation from our staff. We operate a cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge the equivalent of one night's accommodation for any cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival date or in the event of a no show (this is for reservations of 4 weeks and less) and one month deposit for cancellations on long stays.The deposit often covers the cancellation fees and is therefore not refundable
5. Please give a clear indication of all your accommodation and tour requirements and preferences preferably before arrival to avoid confusion. We are available to answer any questions
