Accommodation for lease can be furnished or unfurnished. Furnished apartments offer a range of services.

During your stay take time to visit the local attractions. For instance in Nairobi there are tours to the Karen Blixen Museum, The Bomas of Kenya, National Museums, the Nairobi National Park amongst other places. You will be able to enjoy shopping for mementos in Masaai Markets around the city and given good notice can schedule investment tours for our clients.

By using this website and making deposit for our services you agree to the following booking terms;
- 30% deposit is required on reservation for bed and breakfast and 10% for Apartments for stays less than 4 weeks, 1 month deposit for Apartments stays of more than 4 weeks, to ensure reserve your booking. Deposits for Apartments for long stays may also vary for each Apartment and for long stays. We also take a months deposit for stays less than 3 months and 2 months deposit for longer stays
- The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival date.
